PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 24HR NOTICE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT. (48HR REQUIRED FOR HAIR SYSTEM/ EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS.)

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15MIN LATE, YOU WILL BE MARKED AS A NO-SHOW AND YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE FORFEITED.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A NO-SHOW.

AFTER ONE NO-SHOW A CREDIT CARD WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED AND KEPT ON FILE TO RESERVE ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

AFTER TWO OR MORE NO-SHOWS, THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE OF SERVICES BOOKED.
